Urgent Leads Consulting Services

The on-site team will provide one-on-one leadership coaching at the management level, taking into account the culture and values represented and assisting the management group in reinforcing appropriate behavior, methods, and practices. A typical engagement is no longer than three days on-site, working directly with your staff to confront the issues your office faces. Our team will perform the different modules with your staff in short, targeted sessions to enable them to get the most out of our service while still managing your business. Session Modules can include the following

  • Sales Team Workshops--These workshops are defined by client management and the consultant team to focus on areas that are needed. It is designed to reinforce roles, responsibilities, best practices, individual behaviors, and to define how a great sales team is created.
  • Sales Manager Workshops--Training and working with this group will be the single most effective improvement in the way that your business functions following an engagement. These sessions will speak to problem solving, dealing with conflict, generating action plans, mentoring, and how a leader in this role can drive the success of the client.
  • Metrics--The engagement team will spend sufficient time reviewing client reporting tools, past sales results, and quantified goals and objectives. the intent is to determine the efficacy of the metrics used, establish new metrics, and give guidance on measurements to watch.
  • Lead Management / Telemarketing--The team takes sufficient time to evaluate the current methods of lead management, workflows, and processes to evaluate speed, accuracy, contact, attempts, and quality.
  • Sales Motivation--This is a sales rally type session filled with market information from the inside, delivered by team members that are constantly in communication with major voices of the industry. The intent is to give your sales team a boost with new ideas and make the market picture more clear.
  • Follow up Conference Calls--this is a way for our team to stay connected to your success. It is designed to be an added benefit to ensure those things discussed in an engagement are implemented and working appropriately.
